❓ Can I integrate my own IVR system?

👉 Currently, we only support MyOperator integration. Other IVR providers are not supported at this time.


❓ How can I use IVR with my account?

👉 To use IVR, you need to integrate your MyOperator account with the platform. Once integrated, you can configure call flows and track call activities directly inside the system.


❓ Can I connect multiple IVR providers?

👉 No. Only MyOperator is available for IVR integration.


❓ Is IVR included in all plans?

👉 No. IVR through MyOperator requires a valid subscription with MyOperator. Charges will apply as per their pricing
