How to Add, Manage, and Delete Staff
Name is the Contact Name - Opportunity is Nick Name - Opportunity name can be different in each pipeline inspite of contact name being same.
Contact Name

This is the actual person or organization’s name.

It stays the same no matter which pipeline or deal they are in.

Example:

Contact Name: Rahul Mehta (the person)

Opportunity Name (Nick Name for the deal)

This is the label or nickname for a specific deal/opportunity linked to that contact.

You can have multiple opportunities for the same contact, and each can have a different name.
