Yes. You can hide unassigned leads from staff by updating their permission settings.

Steps:

  1.  

    Go to Settings → Staff.

  2.  

    Select the staff member.

  3.  

    Open Permissions.

  4.  

    Enable the option Show only assigned leads.

Once enabled, the staff will only see leads assigned to them.
