How to Manually Add Contacts to an Automation

 
Steps

  1.  

    Go to Lead Management → Contacts.

  2.  

    Select the contact(s) from the contact list (use the checkbox to multi-select).

  3.  

    Click “Add to Workflow”.

  4.  

    In the popup, select the workflow you want to run (only active workflows appear).

  5.  

    Verify the workflow ran by checking the workflow history/logs in Automation.
