Answer:

   Go to Lead Automation → Workflow.

2.  

   Click “+ Workflow” to create a new workflow.

3.  

   Click “Add New Trigger”.

4.  

   Select Forms → Facebook Form.

5.  

   Choose your Facebook Page.

6.  

   Select the Facebook Form you want to connect.

  If you don’t see your form, check the mapping:

    Go to Settings → App Store → Facebook.

  •  

    Verify the correct page and form are connected.
