How to Set Up Internal Notifications on WhatsApp

 

You can set up internal notifications using workflows. For example, if you want your team to get notified whenever a new lead comes in via a form, follow these steps:

 
🛠 Step-by-Step Setup

  1.  

    Create a Workflow

    •  

      Go to Automation → Workflows.

    •  

      Click + New Workflow.

  2.  

    Set a Trigger

    •  

      Select Form Submission.

    •  

      Go to Forms → Forms → Select the form where leads are captured.

  3.  

    Add an Action

    •  

      Choose Internal Notification as the action.

    •  

      Select the notification medium (Email, WhatsApp, or In-App).

  4.  

    Configure WhatsApp Notifications (if selected)

    •  

      Make sure you’ve already scanned your WhatsApp device inside the platform.

    •  

      Enter the recipient’s WhatsApp number (include country code, e.g., +91XXXXXXXXXX for Indian numbers).

  5.  

    Save & Activate

    •  

      Save your workflow.

    •  

      Turn it ON so that notifications are sent in real time.


 
🔧 Troubleshooting

  •  

    If you are not receiving WhatsApp notifications:

    1.  

      Check if the WhatsApp device you scanned is active and online.

    2.  

      Ensure you have added the correct WhatsApp number with the country code (e.g., +91 for India).

    3.  

      Re-scan the device if it was disconnected.


✅ Now, whenever a new lead is submitted via the form, your team will instantly receive an internal notification on the selected channel.
