A Zoho Mail mailbox on your domain (domain verified in Zoho).

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled in Zoho.

An App Password for SMTP (generated in your Zoho account).

Sign in to Zoho (same account as your mailbox).

Go to Account/Security → App Passwords (or Security → Application-specific Passwords).

Click Generate, name it (e.g., “SMTP”), and copy the password.
Keep this safe—you’ll paste it as the SMTP password in our platform.

Go to Settings → SMTP → Add SMTP.

Fill the form:

Click Test Connection → then Save.
Auth failed / login error

Re-create and paste the correct Zoho App Password.

Ensure Username = full email.
Cannot connect to server

Check the correct region host (
.com / .in / .eu). -
Try alternate port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (STARTTLS).

Ensure your network/firewall allows those ports.
“From Email” rejected

The From Email must be the same Zoho mailbox you authenticated.

Make sure the mailbox exists and domain is verified in Zoho.
Emails land in spam / low inboxing

Complete SPF/DKIM/DMARC in Zoho.

Use a consistent From Name/Email, avoid spammy content, warm up volume.
Rate/limit issues

Zoho enforces SMTP send limits based on your Zoho plan—spread sends over time.
