How to Create a Pipeline
Follow these steps to create a new sales or lead pipeline in the CRM.
Step 1 — Go to Lead Management

From your dashboard, navigate to Lead Management.
Step 2 — Open CRM → Pipeline

Click on CRM in the menu.

Select Pipeline from the dropdown.
Step 3 — Create a Pipeline

Click Create Pipeline.

Enter a name for your pipeline.

Add multiple stages based on your sales or workflow process.

New Lead

Contacted
-
Negotiation
-
Closed
::: ⚠️ Note The first pipeline you create will be set as the default pipeline in CRM.
